I have really stepped up my training lately, and I've noticed that the days I spend over 2 hours on the bike, I get this weird sleeping pattern of going to sleep at 10 pm, feeling tired. Then I wake up at 1a.m. thinking it's at least 6 a.m. because I feel fully rested. The biking is the only thing different from any other day, so....that's what I guessed it was.
