College soccer fitness?
i really want to play college soccer. ive been emailing with some coaches. i have been on varsity since my freshman year of h.s and i am currently a junior. im a full time player, but i just dont think im fast enough to keep up with the girls.. how do i get myself in shape for that.

Hello,Since it is summer i need to improve my football fitness for football season next year. What are some other aspects i should improve besides agility, speed and endurance?
